How does Remote Desktop Spy works?
You need to install the remote desktop spy client on the target PC/Mac you want to monitor. And then Connect the target PC via IP address.
If you don’t know your IP address, please follow instructions below to get it.
- You have a fixed public IP address. Just go to http://www.whatismyip.com/ to find out your IP address.
- If you are using the software in a local company network or home network, just find out your local network ip address. Do not use DHCP, specify the ip address by yourself.
a) Open the System Preferences in Mac OS X
b) In the resulting window, click the Network icon.
c) In the Network window select the appropriate location IP Address will be shown - If you are using the spy software via internet, and the client has dynamic ip address:

b) Next time you can connect the client through the domain you got.
